"Surprisingly Nice Plants"
I wasn’t expecting much, to be honest, but the plants showed up in great shape. The quality is actually really good, and I didn’t run into any issues

"Right on time, surprisingly smooth"
I was expecting some kind of delay because that usually happens, but nope, it showed up right on time. Delivery was steady, everything arrived safe, and I went from mildly annoyed for no reason to impressed.

"Pretty nice, definitely not overthinking the price"
I really like the clean, modern look of the planters and growing kits from Modern Sprout. The colors are soft and calm, nothing too loud, so they look great on my kitchen shelf. I’m totally calm about the price, obviously, but yeah… I did take off one star because a few of the designs feel a little expensive for what they are.

I ordered a few seed kits from Modern Sprout and they worked out really well. I’m definitely not the best with plants, but a bunch of the seeds started popping up after just a few days. They were easy to use, and it was actually really fun checking on them each morning. I was surprised by how many ended up growing...

"Pretty much what I expected with the mold issue"
I already had a feeling the mold problem wasn’t going to be fully gone, and sure enough, it came back. It’s not the end of the world, but it’s definitely annoying to deal with again...

"Cute gift that isn’t the usual boring junk"
I got one of these for my sister and she was super happy with it. It’s cute, easy to wrap, and feels way more thoughtful than grabbing some random candle or another basic mug like a lazy idiot. I’d definitely buy it again for birthdays, housewarmings, or any of those last-minute gift situations

"Perfect fit for my little kitchen"
I’m genuinely pleased with the size of this. My kitchen is small and counter space is limited, but it fits nicely without making the area feel crowded or messy. It’s also easy to move around when needed, which is a nice bonus. it looks really cute sitting in the corner, and I don’t have any complaints so far.

"Fresh herbs, for real"
I got the basil and mint from Modern Sprout and they’re actually fresh. Way better than the little sad grocery store packs. I’ve been using them in pasta and tea, and they’re just nice to have on the counter.

"Pretty much everything was there"
The kit showed up with all the pieces it was supposed to have, nothing was missing which was nice. The instructions were easy enough to follow too. I knocked off one star because the labels could be clearer, got a little annoying at times, but overall it was good

"Cute kit, but the price is ridiculous"
I got this grow kit it does look cute sitting out. But for what I paid, the results were underwhelming. It’s not bad, just definitely not worth the price. You could probably find something similar for way cheaper elsewhere, so the markup feels a little ridiculous.

"Well, the packaging definitely had a rough day"
The box showed up crushed, which was a fun little surprise. Thankfully I wasn’t expecting basic packaging to make it here in one piece or anything.

"Wish checkout had gone a bit smoother"
Checkout did work in the end, but I kind of regret not giving myself more time because the pages were loading slowly. The promo code section was also a little confusing, so I wasn’t totally sure if it applied right away. Not a terrible experience, just more frustrating than I expected.

"Worked better than I expected"
I set this up before I left for a trip, I think it was last Thursday or maybe Friday, and it worked great. Came back about a week later and my herbs were still watered and looking totally fine. Happy with it.

"Wish I’d Bought This Grow Light Sooner"
My basil finally stopped getting all leggy after I started using this grow light, so I’m happy with it. Kind of regret waiting so long to get one, because it probably would’ve saved me a lot of sad-looking plants.

Overall, it was mostly as described and worked out fine for what I needed. It wasn’t absolutely perfect, but there weren’t any major surprises either. Weirdly, I remember the packaging had this tiny little scuff on one corner that looked like a pencil mark, but the item itself was okay.

"Cute products, but they need to own the refund process"
My order showed up damaged, so I reached out asking for a replacement. To be fair, the first response came quickly, but after that it turned into a lot of waiting and follow-up emails just to get a clear answer. They did eventually offer a refund, but I really shouldn’t have had to keep chasing them for it. The products are cute, but when something arrives damaged, the company needs to take responsibility and make the replacement or refund process way smoother

"Setup felt way more confusing than it should’ve"
The instructions were confusing, and setup took way too long. I kept feeling like I was missing a step or that something wasn’t being explained clearly on purpose. It was frustrating because it seemed like it should’ve been simple, but I ended up second-guessing everything.

"I found the Modern Sprout site easy..."
I found the Modern Sprout site easy to use and didn’t have to click around forever to find what I was looking for. Checkout was simple too, which I appreciated. That said, I did get a little annoyed that some of the product info wasn’t laid out as clearly as it could’ve been. It wasn’t a huge problem, but it did make the experience feel a bit less smooth than it should have.

"Looks Great, If You Already Know What You're Doing"
It definitely looks nice, I’ll give it that. But as a complete beginner, I spent a lot of time feeling lost. The instructions were super brief, so naturally I ended up Googling the basic stuff I thought would actually be explained. I expected it to be a bit more beginner-friendly, but apparently that was wishful thinking

"Plants lasted longer than I thought they would"
I picked up a couple of grow kits from modernsprout.com, they did better than I expected. The herbs sprouted quickly and stayed looking healthy for weeks, way better than some others I’ve tried. One of the plants started looking a little weak after a while, I’m guessing that was probably on me with the watering. Overall I’m happy with them, I just wish the instructions were a little easier to follow.
